Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Ask-Reg.com gift vouchers are only redeemable at www.ask-reg.com website or via the Ask-Reg.com telephone lines on 0845 900 2800.
Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods less than or equal to its face value. They can also be exchanged for goods exceeding its face value on
payment of the difference by credit or debit card.
Ask-Reg.com gift vouchers can only be redeemed once.
If you have paid for a purchase using a Gift Voucher, then any refund for the purchase will be credited to the Gift Voucher. If you have paid for a
purchase using both a Gift Voucher and a credit/debit, then any refund for the purchase will be made first to the debit/credit card (up to the value paid
for by debit/credit card), and then to the Gift Voucher.
Ask-Reg.com vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from date of issue and have a final redemption value of £0.0001p
Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. We regret that we cannot replace lost, stolen or mislaid Gift Vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ask-Reg.com promotion.
Ask-Reg.com Gift Vouchers will under no circumstances be exchanged in whole or part for cash or refund.
Any discount offers associated with the gift voucher will be calculated against the gross price of the purchase and excludes any DVLA assignment and
transfer fees.
