Certificate of Entitlement [V750]
This form shows the details of the ‘Purchaser’ and where appropriate the name of the ‘Nominee’ (person who will be using the registration mark if different from the purchaser).
When you are ready to assign the registration mark to a vehicle, section 1 will need to be completed and the form signed by the Purchaser and returned to DVLA.
N.B. If you intend to keep your registration mark on retention for longer than 12 months, the certificate will need to be renewed with the DVLA, 28 days prior to the anniversary of the agreement. If you don’t do this, DVLA will automatically take back the plate and you will loose any money you had previously spent on the purchase of the plate. But don’t worry, most of the time Ask-Reg.com will be the ‘Purchaser’ and you will be the ‘Nominee’, that way we can remind you when the certificate needs to be renewed.
